Luther Holton, M.A.Sc., M.B.A., P.Eng., has close to 30 years experience in the design, operation, setup, and commissioning of hot strip mills. The first 12 years of this time was spent at Dofasco working on the installation and upgrades to the hot strip mill. Since 1989, he has provided services to more than twenty mills in North America.
John Forsythe, B.A.Sc, P.Eng., also began his career in the steel industry at Dofasco’s hot strip mill. Since 1990, John has worked with Luther to develop the company’s model and analysis products and has provided studies and consulting services to many mills.
Our office is in the new McMaster Innovation Park where we maintain a mixed PC and Alpha network. The OpenVMS Alpha workstation is used for development and testing of our Adaptive Online Setup Models. Desktop and portable PCs are used for analysis, software development, process simulations and office applications.
